Crédibilité et assurance qualité de la simulation numérique pour les PME


 

The presentation highlighted MICADO's expertise, positioning, and their approach towards integrating calculation functions in SMEs, within the context of the DINCCS project.

The methodology implemented by MICADO includes static linear/non-linear calculations, geometric/topological optimization, simulation processes, CFD, vibrational analysis, fatigue analysis, and more. They emphasized credibility in calculation through transparency in specifications and results, best practices at each process stage, collaborative work, process and knowledge modeling and physical test linkage.

Specific case studies were presented, showcasing the application of various modeling and simulation techniques and their impact on product development.

The presentation concluded with experiences from the DINCCS project, highlighting the slow but increasing demand for quality among SMEs, the near-ubiquitous use of physical testing in projects, and the formation of CADSIM3D.
