Altair PhysicsAI claims it can provide new predictions up to 1000 times faster than traditional simulation methods. What exactly is this software tool? Can it deliver on its performance promise? And how is the accuracy of the predictions affected by the accelerated performance? In this presentation, an independent analyst provides a review of Altair PhysicsAI including its performance, accuracy, and usability. Three production test cases will be considered to help quantify performance and accuracy, notes on the user experience will be shared, and best practices will be reviewed.
