Presenters are kindly ask to register online by latest 8 August. 
Please note that we need to remove your presentation from the agenda if you did not register by latest 8 August. Speakers (except keynotes/invited) will pay regular conference fees or can use NAFEMS member seminar credits if available. If you are not the presenter, please let us know as soon as possible. Please register additional participants (co-authors) online at the conference website.

We ask presenters to prepare an extended abstract (typically 2-4 pages). Full written papers will not be required. Please use the template "NAFEMS_EA_template.docx" and send us the Word-file and a pdf-file - both unprotected!

Short description of your professional career and your current position/responsibility (template “NAFEMS_CV_e.docx”). Just a few key words please. The session chair will briefly introduce you at the beginning of your presentation.
You are welcome to use the attached template ("NAFEMS_ppt-template.pptx") for your presentation.
For the presentation on-site you can use your own laptop (HDMI!!) or bring a ppt file on a USB stick and upload it to the existing presentation laptop. Please test the technology in the room during the breaks or at least 30 minutes before the start of your session to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
After the conference, we will make your Powerpoint presentations (pdf) online available for the conference participants at our Resource Center. However, we will delete all lectures from the laptops etc.for security reasons. Therefore, please send a version (ppt or pdf) of your presentation that has been released for publication to roger.oswald@nafems.org immediately after the conference.
