The inaugural NAFEMS UK Conference was held over two days from June 14th to June 15th 2006 at Crewe Hall, Cheshire.
Co-sponsored by IMechE, this two day conference covered the current best practices and state of the art in FEA and CFD and associated technologies, providing attendees with the most comprehensive overview of the latest technology available. The main themes the conference covered were;

The Hall is located just 4 minutes drive from junction 16 of the M6 and is 5 minutes by taxi from Crewe mainline train station, with regular connections to the centre of London and beyond.
The conference featured an exhibition area with participation from leading software, hardware, and consultancy companies.
