New EPSRC Digital Design Network Plus – Designing faster and better with less (D2N+)

A new EPSRC Digital Design Network Plus – Designing faster and better with less (D2N+) (digitaldesignnetwork.org/) has recently been established.

This network has been established to help discover new and better ways to use digital design tools to support the design process. The vision is to create an active digital design community that will define, set and prioritize key Engineering Design challenges, and viable solution pathways that will exploit digital design technologies, and help UK engineering transition to net zero faster. Clearly, there is a significant synergy between what D2N+ aims to do, and what NAFEMS is already doing.

The kick off workshop is taking place on 12th June at the NCC in Bristol, BS16 7FS.

During the workshop we are planning pitches from leaders in this area, and we will work together to define priorities for the network plus, and the first challenge case study that it will focus on.
